are a complete in-house manufacturer of flexible membrane
keyboards, we can work with you on every step of the design and
production process. Whether it's helping with a preliminary design
or solving manufacturing concerns, we prefer to work with you.
Membrane
switches are
electrical input devices that are manufactured by integrating a
polyester screen printed circuit and adhesive layers.The typical
membrane switch assembly consists of graphic overlay, graphic adhesive,
top circuit, circuit spacer, bottom circuit and rear adhesive. Keys
can be non-tactile ( bottom
left ), or tactile response can be added with polyester
domes (middle) or stainless
steel domes (right ).
In addition to new manufacture and design, we also clone
membrane switches.
